Go iLawn alternatives for lawn care companies

Prices as of September 2026, checked . Sources are listed at the bottom.

If you used Go iLawn to measure yards for quotes, you have already had to switch or you are about to. Here is what happened to it, what the main replacements cost as of September 2026, and what to check before you pick one.

We make Clarity Measure, one of the options below, so weigh that section accordingly. We have described every tool, ours included, by what its own site or a named listing says, and left out anything we could not check.

What happened to Go iLawn

Go iLawn's own FAQ said it would be fully migrated into Aspire's PropertyIntel on February 28, 2025, and that after that date users would no longer be able to access their Go iLawn accounts. Customers who did not renew with PropertyIntel could stay on a monthly Go iLawn plan only through that date. Today goilawn.com forwards to Aspire's PropertyIntel page.

What to check before you switch

  • Price at your volume. Work out the monthly cost at the number of properties you actually measure, not the headline price.
  • What it measures. Turf only, or driveways and sidewalks too if you quote snow removal.
  • Fixing an outline. Every tool misses sometimes. Make sure you can correct a bad edge yourself.
  • Getting started. A free plan, a free trial, or a sales call first.
  • Quote forms and connections. Whether it can put a quote form on your website, and whether it connects to the software you already run.

Aspire PropertyIntel

PropertyIntel is where Go iLawn went. Aspire describes it as measurement and estimating software for enterprise landscaping companies, with high-resolution aerial imagery, done-for-you measuring and PDF takeoffs. Its top tier is aimed at companies placing 100 or more bids a month.

Price, as of September 2026: Aspire's page does not list prices. Software Advice lists the Essential plan at $199 a month for a single user with 60 map credits a year, and Advanced at $499 a month for up to five users with 300 map credits a year. At the Essential price, 60 maps a year works out to about $40 a map if you use them all.

Getting started: a free trial through a form on Aspire's site. Aspire says customers moving over from Go iLawn get help linking and transferring their existing projects.

Worth a look if: you already run Aspire, you bid larger commercial properties, or you want your old Go iLawn projects carried over.

Deep Lawn

Deep Lawn measures from the address and is built around selling online: a quoting widget for your website, an internal quoting tool, and integrations it lists with CRMs and payment processors.

Price, as of September 2026, from Deep Lawn's pricing page. Each plan includes a set number of searches a month, and each search past that is charged:

PlanPer monthSearchesEach extra
Launch$9540$1.65
Professional$155100$1.20
Performance$225300$0.85
Premium$500800$0.65

Deep Lawn notes that the Launch plan does not include its snow product (driveway and sidewalk measurements) and that high-definition imagery plans cost extra. It lists no contracts and no onboarding fees.

Getting started: sign up online, or book a demo.

Worth a look if: you want a quoting widget on your website and your CRM is on its integrations list.

SiteRecon

SiteRecon leans commercial. Its site is organized around commercial properties, HOAs and larger crews, with done-for-you takeoffs, site audits and account tools, and integrations and APIs on its Teams plan.

Price, as of September 2026: SiteRecon's pricing page lists Growth at $250 a month (two creator seats and $200 in takeoff credits), Teams at $400 a month and Partner at $500 a month, each with a talk-to-sales button. Its lighter Scout AI measuring lives in the Plato mobile app, with 2 free measurements a month according to SiteRecon's homepage, and SiteRecon's own comparison pages list Scout from $39 a month.

Worth a look if: you bid commercial sites and want the takeoffs done for you.

Clarity Measure

This one is ours. You type an address, and in about a minute Clarity Measure outlines the turf on overhead imagery and gives you the square footage, with the house, paving and beds it left out shown on the picture. You can add driveways, sidewalks and parking lots or patios to the same search at the same price, and drag the outline to fix an edge it got wrong.

Price, as of September 2026:

PlanPer monthWhat a search costs
Free$05 searches a month, no card needed
Pro$4910 free to start, then $0.95 each from a prepaid balance
Pro Plus$9915 free to start, then $0.10 each on your own OpenAI key, which OpenAI bills you for separately

Getting started: create an account and measure. There is no demo call. Every plan includes a quote form for your website: each request is measured, and your Inbox shows a quote worked out from your own prices for you to check. Pro and Pro Plus add the REST API and MCP, so your own software or an AI assistant can measure an address.

Not a fit if: you need it to connect to your lawn care CRM today, because there is no ready-made CRM connection yet, or you need done-for-you takeoffs of large commercial sites. It does not measure trees or shrubs yet.

What they cost at your volume

Monthly cost at two volumes, from the published prices above, before tax and after any free starting searches are used. PropertyIntel's Essential plan includes 60 map credits a year, about 5 a month, and SiteRecon prices by seat and takeoff credit, so neither fits a per-search table.

Plan20 a month100 a month
Deep Lawn (Launch at 20, Professional at 100)$95$155
Clarity Measure Pro$68$144
Clarity Measure Pro Plus, plus your OpenAI bill$101$109

The cheapest line is not automatically the right tool. Deep Lawn's price includes its website quoting widget and integrations, and counting only what you pay Clarity Measure, Pro Plus costs less than Pro from 59 searches a month, with your OpenAI bill on top.
